UpLULA stands for Universal Pistol Loader and Unloader Accessory. It makes loading magazines fast and easy. Start by placing the UpLULA over a pistol magazine. Then simply squeeze the handle and press down. This will push the top round down making room for the new round that you are about to insert. Repeat this process until you have a full magazine. It is easier to do than it is to explain.

In late 2022 and early 2023 I shot approximately 10,000 rounds through a Dan Wesosn 9mm 1911 pistol. I was shooting the Massad Ayoob Group (MAG) Qualification and was going for a perfect score.

From the beginning I used a Maglula UpLULA mag loader to fill the magazines and I was glad that I did! Some days I would shoot as many as 500 rounds in one range trip. The shooting was fast and difficult and I was glad that my hands were not unnecessarily fatigued from loading tons of magazines.
