The Ionbond Diamond Like Carbon (DLC) finish is an incredibly hard (90 Rockwell) self-lubricating finish. This makes it extremely resistant to wear and corrosion.  This also makes it an ideal finish for a critical part like an AR15 bolt carrier group.

This Toolcraft DLC Bolt Carrier Group comes complete with a 9310 grade tool steel bolt. This bolt steel is 7% stronger than commonly used "mil-spec" Carpenter 158 steel. This tougher than mil-spec bolt, when paired with Toolcraft quality and the Ionbond DLC finish is quite likely the ultimate hard use bolt carrier group!

 This is a 223/5.56/300 Blackout bolt carrier group.

This BCG will not work with 6.5/6.8/308 etc.
