Coated bolt carrier group (full auto version) for AR15, M16, or M4 machined from Mil-Spec 8620 aircraft quality steel with shrouded firing pin and Mil-Spec chrome lined interior. BCG includes the proper chrome lined and heat treated gas key. Gas key is secured to carrier with Grade 8 fasteners and properly staked per Mil-Specs. This ensures a strong staking and proper gas system functioning. The bolt assembly is CNC machined from Mil-Spec Carpenter No. 158® steel and shot peened for increased strength per Mil-Spec; includes tool steel extractor with spring and viton O-ring; firing pin chromed finished with firing pin retaining pin and cam pin.

HPT (High Pressure Batch Tested) and MPI (Magnetic Particle Inspected).

This is a 223/5.56/300 Blackout bolt carrier group.

This BCG will not work with 6.5/6.8/308 etc.

Mystic Black Coating 

Mystic Black is the hardest, most wear resistant and smoothest bolt carrier group coating available. Created from a highly advanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) technology that produces a flexible pure form of amorphous carbon, consisting of sp3 bonded carbon atoms. Having the surface characteristic of both lipophilic and hydrophobic makes it non wettable with water but easily wet with oil; a characteristic found in few bolt carrier group coatings. This technology produces excellent tribological properties that make it very suitable in environments with extreme contact pressure and sliding actions. When you choose Mystic Black, you are choosing the lowest coefficient of friction coating on the market today requiring minimal to no lubrication. In addition, Mystic Black is a chemically inert coating that reduces carbon build-up.
